A mysterious neurological condition that impacts an animal's ability to control their hind legs has Florida wildlife officials stumped and left panther kittens orphaned.

The panther mother was the second confirmed case of the disorder, but footage from trail cameras suggests more of Florida's panthers may be impacted.
