An administrative law judge paved the way for another nursery to get a medical-marijuana license, striking a blow against the Florida Department of Health during a contentious hearing Monday.

A new law that protects five nurseries may have given more ammunition to "ganjapreneurs" seeking an entree into what could be one of the nation's largest medical marijuana markets come this fall.

Three nurseries have asked a Leon County circuit judge for a preliminary injunction to block the Florida Department of Health from moving forward with efforts to grow and process limited types of medical marijuana in parts of the state.
