In less than a month Florida voters will help to decide who wins the Presidential election. The fate of 11 constitutional amendment proposals is also in the hands of voters.

Today is the final day to register to vote in the general election. And some elections supervisors have extended their office hours.

The Supervisors of Elections in Hillsborough, Pasco, Sarasota and Polk will be open until 7 tonight.  The Pinellas Supervisor of Elections office will close at 6. And Hernando and Manatee elections offices will shut down at 5.

Travis Abercrombie, spokesman for the Hillsborough Elections Supervisor says they've seen a steady stream of people registering to vote today. And he says there's also an increase in the number of third parties dropping off their voter registration forms.
