Living Wills in the Shadow of the Schiavo Case

In light of the court battle over the fate of Terri Schiavo, the brain-damaged Florida woman who died Thursday, many Americans have been looking into drawing up living wills. We speak with the American Bar Association's expert on living wills.

Many questions have been asked as a result, from the particulars of power of attorney to differences in state law.
