Legalities of the Schiavo Case

On Tuesday, a federal judge refused to order the reinsertion of a feeding tube for brain-damaged Florida woman Terri Schiavo. To discuss the legal ramifications of the case, NPR's Ed Gordon is joined by Geoffrey Fieger, a Michigan trial attorney who once represented Dr. Jack Kevorkian, and Ken Connor, chairman of The Center for a Just Society and legal counsel to Florida Gov. Jeb Bush when he intervened in the Schiavo case in 2003.
