Bush, Blair Differ on U.N.'s Postwar Role

President Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair conclude a summit in Northern Ireland. The two say the United Nations will have a "vital role" in postwar Iraq. NPR's Sylvia Poggioli reports.
