The Tampa Bay Times Festival of Reading takes place Oct. 24 at USF St. Petersburg. We'll meet some of this year's featured authors this week on Florida Matters. One of those authors is Tampa Bay Rays broadcaster Dewayne Staats. He's spent four decades behind the mic in the Major Leagues.
